Tanisha Sharma has created a very bold collage for one of the assignments on the Illustrating Children’s Books Diploma Course. All students who enrol on the course experiments with collage during their time with us. We have found a very helpful YouTube video which students might find useful when creating this exercise.
A lovely artist called Cathy Taylor gives a 14 minute demonstration in how she creates her collages and also how she creates texture using different materials with her watercolours. It is a must see for our illustration students – don’t forget to bookmark it. We will add it to our Illustrating Children’s Books Facebook group also.
