Weekend Art Challenge Results – Letter K

We are loving this weeks challenge, what a wide range of subject students have drawn and painted! We asked our students to create a piece of artwork as long as the subject or object began with the letter K. We have had some Kangaroos, Koi Carp, Ketchup, Kitchen, Kiwi (fruit), Kiwi (bird), Knots and friends with the name beginning with K! All of the students work are superb!!

We hope these ideas and paintings have given you inspiration to create your own artwork using the letter K. Plus we have another weekend art challenge coming tomorrow so stay tuned to find out what it is!!

This is a slice of my KITCHEN for the letter K.
I’m especially pleased with the bread and its packaging. It’s painted in acrylics.

This is a picture of my friend Kalum with a K! I don’t think I’ll show him as it’s not too flattering, but I’ve really enjoyed experimenting with the coloured pastels on the black paper! And there was me thinking I would struggle with things beginning with K!!!
