Welcome to the results of this weekend art challenge all about the colours of Autumn trees! We have received some absolutely stunning pieces of artwork this week. To start us off, our featured image is a beautiful watercolour by Rachel Shelly. Scroll down to see it in full, it’s superbly painted, has a lovely and fresh feel and describes the vibrant autumn trees well. Congratulations, Rachel, on creating such a stunning painting! Your talent shines through. Keep up the excellent work!
We also want to bring your attention to the stunning watercolour and pencil artwork below by student Oksana Fedorchuk. We love the richness of the wet in wet colours. The pencil textures Oksana has used on top of the watercolour, really adds to the piece. Well done for a very creative and imaginative piece.
The perspective of Radmila Ristic and Vera Jaouadi’s artwork is intriguing, as they’ve positioned themselves beneath the trees, gazing upwards to capture the essence of leaves and branches. This approach lends a dynamic quality to their paintings, and we truly appreciate both of these images.
The artwork from everyone is absolutely stunning! A big congratulations to all our students who participated this week. We’ve already posted the next challenge, and it’s a bit different this time. Take a look and see what creative ideas you can bring to the table!
