The London Art College offers a Beginners’ Drawing Online Art Course which teaches students how to draw using various techniques such as perspective, shapes and shadows, pencil, pen and ink drawing, use of charcoal, coloured pencils, pastels and chalk.
Student René Mansilla has created some amazing artwork whilst working on the course with tutor Steven Hersey. René’s work is absolutely beautiful. She has created three lovely pen and ink pieces which we have added below, including one to practice textures and pen marks. Her kitchen items are particularly impressive as she has drawn the bottles and items well. Each stroke of the pen serves a purpose, creating a rich tapestry of lines that expertly define the objects and evoke a strong sense of three-dimensionality.
