London Art College Art Competition

Yes it’s here! We know you have all been eagerly waiting!! Cue the drumroll…our Annual London Art College’s competition is officially open!

Our art competition is open to all of our current students and those who completed from September 2022. Students can submit any piece of artwork they have created, except pure photography. Anything from paintings and drawings to digital paintings, illustrations and mixed media – any form of artwork is welcome. This is your chance to show off your skills as an artist!

The artwork doesn’t have to be a piece that you have created on your course. It might be something you have drawn or painted in your own time or alternatively for one of our weekend challenges. You might even like to create something new, specifically for the competition.

The first prize winner will receive £200 in Amazon vouchers, while the second prize winner will receive £100 vouchers.

To Enter –

• Take clear and in focus photo from above of your work
• Alternatively scan your artwork.
• Email only JPG files
• Re-name your files to your full name as you would like it written on the website.
• Crop your artwork – ie so it is not showing mounts / frames or backgrounds.
• Send your entries to – entries@londonartcollege.co.uk

Be sure to take a high-quality photo / scan of your artwork. The clearer the image, the more we can see.
Don’t forget to re-name your JPG file your full name.

The competition closing date is October 1st. We will post all of the entries on our website for everyone to see around a week after the closing date. The finalists will then be chosen by our tutors and the winners will be chosen while we are all at our annual meeting in October. We will post everything on our website and create a blog post about the winners too.
