I have a long held interest and passion for drawing. Since junior school I depicted characters and their life in an imaginary parallel world. Then my favourite artist was Nicolai Rerich and his paintings of the Himalayas. Later I found that ordinary and familiar things around me turned into the remarkable once they are drawn on a piece of paper. For many years I have attended various evening art classes that made me think about more systematic approach to the practice of drawing. The online form of education is perfect for me as for many other adult and mature students due to it being possible to combine work and the biggest passion of my life.
