We have many budding artists enrol on our courses who have never drawn before. Some take the plunge and take our learn to draw Beginners Drawing Course. Student Paula Monaghan did just that! Here are some of her pen and ink drawings from the exercises along with her practice texture studies. It is important to experiment with any new media from pencils, pastels to pain. Ink is no exception and working out how to translate say a brick building in ink on a spare piece of paper can be an invaluable lesson for when you come to create your final drawing.
