We thought that this was an excellent set of work to show on our blog to explain why its important to develop your work through sketches and studies to get to your final piece. Charito completed the first final piece below and then completed the second, shown below that. You can see the thought process and the tweaks made to improve the composition in the final painting. Charito studied on our Watercolour Diploma Course with Ida Mitrani and we wish Charito the best of luck for her future watercolour paintings.
