The dog in oils I am actually really pleased with. It took me a while but once it came together it really seemed to work. I definitely work in layers rather than alla prima with oils, at the moment anyway. I am still really rusty. This was done on primed MDf panel, I actually thought it came out well, sometimes painting on board doesn’t go right for me.
