Weekend Art Challenge – Strawberries

Welcome to the results of our latest weekend art challenge. We set our students this week, the task of creating artwork around the theme of Strawberries. Our students have had a wonderful time in creating and probably eating, plenty of strawberries this week!

Our featured image above is by student Thakur Balbeer Singh who created a beautiful watercolour painting of strawberries with some added coloured pencil too. Excellent job Thakur!

We have some stunning paintings and drawings to show below, we even have some wonderful photography by student Dora Birgis and we love the theme of Wimbledon by Pauline Burke and Elena Statham, all images superb!!

We hope you enjoy viewing the wonderful collection of artwork by our very talented students. We have another excellent challenge for you coming first thing tomorrow. So stay tuned all!

I did this in watercolor with touch-ups with color pencils.  I think I messed up with shadows. But, in the end I am happy that I tried something different.
Best wishes
