Having never studied art online, I was a little apprehensive as to how much I would learn, but was truly impressed by the quality and content offered in the watercolour course. I found the assignments fun, yet challenging too.
My tutor Ida’s’s critique was in-depth and helpful, allowing me to build on my skills from one assignment to the next.
This rhino was the painting I did for my last assignment. Coming from South Africa, I have always loved animals – in fact, I started an international vegan artist collective some years ago called ‘The Art of Compassion Project’ to raise funding for animal sanctuaries and non – profits worldwide.
I now have the confidence to paint animals in watercolour and am excited to keep practicing, develop my style and see where my art takes me…
