Three wonderful pieces of artwork today, from three different students all taking the Watercolour Diploma Course. The students have created a painting on the theme of boats and each are are very different from the other. We love the confident and beautiful sky in Harjinder Gurnham’s boat painting, it truly is a superb piece. Anne Watson has really interestingly used paint to make splashes to describe the pebbles in the foreground on hers which works really well. Finally Yvonne Ryves has combined her boat with a landscape and trees using a very contemporary composition.
