Below is a wonderful coloured pencil drawing by London Art College student John Irving. He is studying our Coloured Pencil Course. We have added the reference photo which John sent in with the artwork for his tutor to view when assessing his work. We feel John has created a beautiful drawing and hope you all do too!

Absolutely fabulous! It makes me realise how much I still have to learn! What a pity John didn’t enter this drawing in this year’s competition. I know I have said it before, but seeing one’ s fellow student’s work is so helpful and motivating.
I have recently made a start on the two extra sets exercises available on completion of the Coloured Pencil Certificate course and they are a really demanding but very enjoyable challenge!
