This drawing was submitted into last years student of the year competition and was short-listed into the top 13. The student drew this still life as part of her Pet Portraits Diploma for the drawing and observation unit which she has just submitted for critique. I felt it was well worthy of a blog post!

I think this is a super drawing and so lifelike. I like the arrangement of your objects and the different textures. I think this will inspire others to have a go at drawing
