Hello, I hope everyone is doing well.
I wanted to get in touch as I’ve been attempting to track down John Byrne and was passed this contact information by the Cartoon Art Museum.
John was a wonderful teacher to me when I was younger (back in the mid 90’s) and would love to say hello and see how he’s getting on.
I used to attend his cartoon art classes and courses regularly when I was in my early teens and everyone really went out of their way to help me progress with my artwork back then – John even invited me to his book launch (Drawing cartoons that sell) and we did a short drawing class for a TV show, with him teaching myself and a few others.
I would love to hear from him and thank him for his help, it has contributed to me being able to make a living as an artist full time now for over 11 years.
